Ingredients
300 gm chocolate
100ml cream
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 tbsp. whiskey
Method
Melt chocolate in bain marie (bot water bath).
Heat cream.
Remove chocolate from bain marie and addcream, vanilla and whiskey, stirring until you have firm paste.
Work quickly and roll the paste into small balls and chill.
