Apple Pie with Streusel Topping

APPLE PIE & STREUSEL TOPPING
PIE:
9" pie crust
6 c. apples
3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
Dash salt
STREUSEL TOPPING:
3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter

Mix pie ingredients together. Pour into pie shell.
In small bowl combine all ingredients for streusel topping until crumbly. Sprinkle over pie. Bake at 425 degrees for 45 minutes. Cover top with foil last 25 minutes of baking time.
